Keeping your body guessing is the key to changing it.
We not only practice Pilates inspired movements, but also integrate other fitness disciplines to enhance posture, strength, stamina and flexibility.
Rather than focusing on reps and sets, our emphasis is to combine continuous movement and fatigue a range of muscle groups for ultimate results.
Our devoted instructors amplify the sessions with music and their attention to detail. You will have a workout that is next level, helps you hit your targets and give you an appetite for more!
We strongly advocate listening to your body.
Starting out with 2 sessions a week is great. This will build a foundation while allowing your muscles to properly recover and repair. As your fitness increases, so do your sessions, 3-4 times a week.
The most essential thing, YOU!
We provide complimentary filtered water but you’ll need your own bottle. We also provide sweat towels at Reform. We have beautiful shower and changing facilities with products for your use. Please wear comfortable workout attire that lets you move and sweat!
A comfortable T-shirt, shorts or leggings is great. You don’t need shoes, we recommend bare feet or grip socks.
Don’t be too hard on yourself!
Be prepared to experience a challenging workout but keep in mind the first class is about becoming familiar with the machine, barre or mat.
The apparatus and the exercises may be foreign to you, but it will get easier and you will get results.
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can familiarize you with our studio and equipment before getting started.
If you arrive late, you may be refused entry to your class.
The hardest part is turning up.
Once you’re in our hands, our instructors will work with you to maximize your potential, creating a personalised experience depending on fitness levels and abilities. We achieve this with our small class sizes.
We also offer one to one training for those looking for a more bespoke experience. Book online or call the studio.
If a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. If a space opens you will be automatically added to the class.
It is assumed you will take the space you have been allocated, if you wish to cancel you should do so in the normal way.
If a space comes available inside 24 hours, we will contact the first person on the waitlist with no obligation for them to accept the space. If accepted, normal cancellation policy will then apply.
Please note, if you have added yourself to a waitlist, it is your responsibility to check if you’ve been added. We do offer text and email notifications, but again you will need to ensure you have opted in to receive these.
Our text notifications which show the reply feature Y/N mean you HAVE been added to the class and will need cancel outside 24 hours as normal if you don’t wish to attend or accept the place.
You can cancel or reschedule your session via our website or the Reform app.
Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. We are unable to reaccredit for class cancellations made inside 24 hours.
