We have developed a unique range of Pilates classes in our studios in Belfast and Edinburgh which integrate conventional Pilates inspired movements with other fitness disciplines to enhance posture, strength, stamina and flexibility.
Rather than focusing on reps and sets, our emphasis is to combine continuous movement and fatigue a range of muscle groups for ultimate results.
