Our low-impact workout focuses on proper alignment.
The classes blend cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms. Classes are set to upbeat music and incorporate high repetitions of classic barre moves to help craft a long, lean and strong physique. Each class begins with a vigorous warm-up, we use small balls, resistance bands, and hand weights to do floor work as well as take these to the barre.
We end with a full stretch with our instructors always on hand to guide you through every step. You’ll see rapid visible results in just a few visits, from your stamina and body awareness to your posture, which will undoubtedly entice you to crave the barre more.
